A little shift goes a long way.

About Me

Leadership isn't about maintaining what's always been. It's about imagining what's possible and having the courage to build it. That's the work I lead, teach, and champion.

With over 15 years of experience in gender-based violence prevention, survivor advocacy, and nonprofit leadership, I developed the SHIFTS Method™, a proprietary six-stage framework for moving individuals and organizations from awareness to sustainable action.

Recognized as a 40 Under 40 honoree, my work is grounded in both measurable outcomes and real stories of change. I bring professional expertise and lived experience to every engagement.

As a neurodivergent leader, I see patterns where others see problems. I sit at a rare intersection: systems-level expertise, survivor-centered practice, and the strategic instincts of a seasoned consultant. Every toolkit, workshop, and training is built to shift mindsets, reshape systems, and create cultures of equity, healing, and care.

I don't offer surface-level fixes. I build culture change that lasts.

Little Shifts Spark Lasting Change

Leading with a little shift means choosing boldness, courage, and imagination over comfort and convention.

It is not about explosive change. It is about purposeful moves that build equity, healing, and real, lasting impact.

When small, intentional shifts happen inside stagnant or harmful systems, mindsets change, structures evolve, and cultures of equity and care become possible.

That is the work of Little Shifts Consulting.

Every system is built by people. Every system can be reshaped by people too.
